Top notch professionalism and knowledge with a real knack for customer service. We hired Hydrotek to perform a repair and install to an existing system where a new, large patio was installed. It can be difficult to depend on or find satisfaction with contractors in todays landscape. Phil checks all the boxes with flying colors. Arrived right on time and immediately set out to work. He was able to determine what needed to be done without ever having worked on our system. He knocked it out in far less time than we had anticipated. All the while taking the time to share knowledge and information as the work went along. Not only did he repair the damage and install new irrigation, he went through the entire system upon completion to make sure all was working well. This was highly impressive to us as it showed just how thorough he is. We are a rather large business and after this experience, we will not call anyone but Hydrotek to work on our system. 10 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hydrotek for your irrigation needs! We called Phil and he was able to schedule promptly, he arrived on time and he was very responsive to how we wanted to set up our irrigation, which was unconventional. Surinam we have an old system and he worked with the system to keep it cruising, as well as updating what needed updating. The end product was exactly what we wanted and we are thrilled!
